“My goals are much clearer now. I know exactly what I want to do with a very clear focus on who I want to work with and the projects I want to work on. My goals are even written down in a spreadsheet which I regularly refer to. And now the question has moved on to how to get there.”
This new niche means that the messaging for his business has changed significantly, and David has noticed he is having very different conversations with people when networking and talking to potential clients...
“Changing my pitch had a massive impact on how interested people are in talking to me about my business!
My messaging is so much clearer. I am not just another sign company. I’m a specialist, artisan sign company with really interesting client projects to talk about.
And I know very clearly what kind of new work I’m looking for and asking for. I stand a much better chance of getting in front of the right people.”
